西帕依固龈液含漱联合米诺环素、牙周基础治疗对牙周炎患者龈沟液炎性因子、HMGB1水平及miR-193a表达量的影响

Effects of Xipayi Guyin liquid gargle combined with minocycline and periodontal basic treatment on the levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid and HMGB1,miR-193a expression in patients with periodontitis

目的探讨西帕依固龈液含漱联合米诺环素、牙周基础治疗对牙周炎患者龈沟液炎性因子、高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)水平及微小RNA-193a(miR-193a)表达量的影响。方法选择2017年3月至2021年1月本院收治的90例牙周炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组采用米诺环素、牙周基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用西帕依固龈液含漱治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.56%,明显高于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的PLI、PD及SBI均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的IL-1β、IL-23水平及RANKL/OPG均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组HMGB1水平低于对照组,miR-193a表达量高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论西帕依固龈液含漱联合米诺环素、牙周基础治疗可改善牙周炎患者的牙周健康状况,控制龈沟液炎性因子水平,也能调节HMGB1水平及miR-193a表达量,且安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of Xipayi Guyin liquid gargle combined with minocycline and periodontal basic treatment on the levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid and high mobility group box-1 protein(HMGB1),micro RNA-193a(miR-193a)expression in patients with periodontitis.Methods A total of 90 patients with periodontitis admitted in the hospital from March 2017 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group accorrding to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given minocycline and periodontal basic treatment,and the observation group was treated with Xipayi Guyin liquid gargle on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than 75.56%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PLI,PD and SBI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-1β,IL-23 and RANKL/OPG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of HMGB1 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the expression of miR-193a was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xipayi Guyin liquid gargle combined with minocycline and periodontal basic treatment can improve periodontal health conditions of patients with periodontitis,control the level of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid,and can also regulate the level of HMGB1 and the expression of miR-193a,which is safe and worthy of promotion.
