家庭参与式护理模式结合袋鼠式护理对住院新生儿神经发育及家属护理能力的影响

Effects of family participatory nursing mode combined with kangaroo nursing on neurological development of hospitalized newborns and nursing ability of family members

目的探讨家庭参与式护理模式结合袋鼠式护理对住院新生儿神经发育及家属护理能力的影响。方法选择2019年6月至2020年12月我院接收的200例住院新生儿作为研究对象,根据护理方案将其分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予家庭参与式护理模式结合袋鼠式护理。比较两组的新生儿神经发育情况、新生儿家属的照顾能力、新生儿体格指标。结果干预后,两组新生儿的NBNA各维度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组新生儿家属的FCTI各维度评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿的身高、头围、体质量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭参与式护理模式结合袋鼠式护理用于住院新生儿临床护理中,不仅可以改善新生儿的神经发育,提高家属的护理能力,还能促进新生儿体格增长,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of family participatory nursing mode combined with kangaroo nursing on neurological development of hospitalized newborns and nursing ability of family members.Methods A total of 200 hospitalized newborns received in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the nursing plan,the newborns were divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given family participatory nursing mode combined with kangaroo nursing on the basis of the control group.The neurological development of newborns,the nursing ability of their families members and the physical indexes of newborns were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the each dimension NBNA scores of newborns in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the each dimension FCTI scores of neonatal families in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The height,head circumference and body mass of newborns in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The family participatory nursing mode combined with kangaroo nursing applied in the clinical nursing of hospitalized newborns can not only improve the neurological development of newborns and the nursing ability of family members,but also promote the physical growth of newborns,which is worth popularizing.
