流程化护理在无痛消化内镜检查患者中的应用效果

Application effect of process nursing in patients undergoing painless digestive endoscopy

目的探讨流程化护理在无痛消化内镜检查患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月于我院接受无痛消化内镜检查的119例患者作为研究对象,根据护理方法不同将其分为对照组和研究组,各59例。两组均给予纳布啡复合丙泊酚麻醉,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予流程化护理。比较两组的心理困扰程度、应激反应指标、检查时间、丙泊酚用量、检查依从性、护理满意度评分、内镜检查不良反应发生情况。结果检查后1 h,研究组的K10评分、Col、NE水平、HR、MAP均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的检查时间短于对照组,丙泊酚用量少于对照组,检查依从性、护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的内镜检查不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论流程化护理用于无痛消化内镜检查患者中,可减轻心理困扰程度及应激反应,缩短检查时间,减少丙泊酚用量,提高检查依从性、护理满意度,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of process nursing in patients undergoing painless digestive endoscopy.Methods A total of 119 patients underwent painless digestive endoscopy in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 59 cases in each group.Both groups were given naborphine combined with propofol anesthesia,the control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given process nursing on the basis of the control group.The degree of psychological distress,stress response indexes,examination time,propofol dosage,examination compliance,nursing satisfaction scores and occurrence of adverse reactions of endoscopy were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 h after examination,the K10 score,Col,NE levels,HR and MAP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The examination time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the propofol dosage was less than that in the control group,the examination compliance and nursing satisfaction scores were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions of endoscopy in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Process nursing applied in patients with painless digestive endoscopy can reduce the degree of psychological distress and stress response,shorten the examination time,reduce the propofol dosage,improve the examination compliance and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
