摘要
奎屯河引水隧洞穿越天山北麓构造剥蚀区,Ⅳ、Ⅴ类围岩占比达50%,岩体强度弱,围岩稳定性差,频繁爆破导致围岩累积损伤范围大,易诱发衬砌开裂、锚杆断裂、塌方冒顶、围岩失稳等事故。奎屯河引水隧洞长约8km,通过合理规划3个支洞的位置、合理布置各工序施工场地、缩短运输距离等措施加快施工进度,并且采用优化爆破参数设计、混凝土潮喷工艺,合理优化施工工序,缩短循环时间,实现软岩隧洞快速掘进,月施工进尺达到500m。
The Kuitun River diversion tunnel was passed through a denuded zone in northern foot structure of Tianshan Mountain.The Ⅳ and Ⅴ type surrounding rock ratio was up to 50%.The rock strength was weak and the stability of the surrounding rock was poor.The frequent blasting could cause a large accumulated damage scope of the surrounding rock and could cause the lining cracking,bolt breaking,roof falling,surrounding rock unstable and other accidents.The total length of the diversion tunnel was about 8 km.With the locations of the rational planned 3 branch tunnels,rational outlay of each construction site of the procedure,reduced the transportation distances and other measures,the construction schedule was speeded up.With the application of the optimized blasting parameter designed,concrete shooting technology and rational optimized construction procedure,the circulation time was reduced,the rapid tunneling of the soft rock tunnel was realized and the month construction rate was up to 500 m.
