环形无中心撑靴单侧撑紧悬吊承载力模型试验

摘要 深部资源开发亟需提升深部建井技术,立井环形无中心撑靴技术可解决无地面稳车悬吊条件下立井快速套壁中出现的模板悬吊难题,然而支撑靴与井壁不同撑紧工况下的悬吊承载特征尚不明确。通过相似模型试验,分别研究混凝土表面常规脱模工况、夹柔性板工况、淋水工况、涂油工况、涂油+橡胶工况和凿毛工况下支撑靴承载性能。结果表明,常规、淋水和夹橡胶板三种工况下试验结果接近,且悬吊荷重的承载性能较好,常规工况下悬吊荷重与撑紧力比值介于1.3~1.5,接触面平均摩擦系数0.22~0.26,涂油+橡胶板为最不利工况。 The development of the deep resources urgently required to improve the deep mine construc-tion technology.The annular center-free support shoe technology of the mine shaft could solve the formwork suspension problems occurred in the rapid lining of the mine shaft under the condition of no winch suspension at the ground surface.But under the performances of the support shoes and the dif-ferent support tension of the mine shaft lining,the suspension loading features were not clarified yet.With the similar model test,the study was individually conducted on the conventional demoulding per-formances of the concrete surface,clamp flexible plate performance,watering performance,oiling per-formance.,oiling+rubber performance and the loading properties of the support shoes under the surface cutting performance.The results showed the test results of the conventional,watering and rubber plate sandwiched performances were close to each other.The loading performances of the suspension load was well.The ratio of the suspension load and the support tension force was between 1.3~1.5.The average friction coefficient of the contact surface was 0.22~0.26.The performances of the oiling+rubber plate was most unfavorable.
