摘要
基于近海复杂水文地质条件下静水压力较大导致注浆时底板四处冒浆,无法注入深部出水点的问题,突破常规止浆垫注浆法花费大、养护周期长的限制条件,提出“止浆塞深孔分段注浆法”。在井筒壁后注浆控制涌淋水的同时,通过止浆塞控制浆液流体力学物理场边界条件,依照井壁、浅孔、深孔选用不同规格止浆塞,从而限制注浆过程中裂隙延伸方向的定向应力,保障了注浆施工效果,节省了工期及施工成本,对近海复杂水文地质条件下快速凿井涌水治理具有借鉴意义。
Based on the problem of high hydrostatic pressure under offshore complicated hydrogeological conditions lead to overflow grout,unable to reach the deep water point,breaking through the limit that regular gounting cover to spend a lot of cost and duration,"deep hole subsection grouting method by packers"is put forward.With controling water burst from shaft wall,the physical field boundary conditions in fluid mechanics of grouting are controlled by packers,choosing different specifications of packers for shaft wall,shallow hole,deep hole,so as to limit the stress in the direction of fracture extension in the grouting process,which guarantee the grouting effect,and greatly save the construction period and cost,which is of great reference value to solve the problem of water control during rapid shaft digging under com plicated hydrogeological conditions.
