摘要
减少并控制SO_(2)的排放与污染,提高环境与空气质量,是我国社会经济可持续发展和公民健康的基本保证。对火电厂脱硫技术进行了概述,介绍了燃烧前脱硫、燃烧中脱硫,并着重介绍了燃烧后脱硫技术。分析了火电厂脱硫控制系统的研究现状,对比分析了现阶段各种主流控制系统的优劣。重点介绍了石膏湿法烟气脱硫技术的工作原理,对烟气脱硫系统运行时可调整的相关技术指标进行了分析和优化处理,提高了烟气脱硫控制系统的脱硫效率。对火电厂脱硫工艺技术和脱硫控制技术的研究有一定的借鉴意义。
Reducing and controlling the emission and pollution of SO_(2) and improving the quality of environment and air are the basic guarantee for the sustainable development of social economy and the health of citizens in China.The desulfurization technology of thermal power plant was summarized,the desulfurization before combustion,during combustion,and after combustion were introduced in detail.The research status of desulfurization control system in thermal power plant was analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of various mainstream control systems at present were compared.The working principle of gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization technology was mainly introduced,the relevant technical indexes that can be adjusted during the operation of flue gas desulfurization system were analyzed and optimized,and the desulfurization efficiency of flue gas desulfurization control system was improved.It has certain reference for the research of desulfurization technology and desulfurization control technology in thermal power plants.
