检测装置对自动扶梯的梳齿板动作有限元分析 被引量:3

摘要 检测自动扶梯梳齿板保护开关是否有效时,需要人工暴力性检测且无法得到有效力学数据,为了解决此问题,通过分析梳齿板保护开关检测现状需求,设计了一种检测装置,解决了目前梳齿板开关动作力的大小未知的问题,与现有的梳齿板安全开关检测装置相比有明显的优越性。根据自动扶梯梳齿板保护检测装置的整体设计思想和方案,描述系统的总体结构以及检测动作流程。建立三维实体模型,通过检测装置对自动扶梯的梳齿板动作和有限元分析,得出材料应力和挠度位移形变最大结果,进行强度计算和校核仍采用传统方法,将材料许用应力值与实际强度计算值进行对比,同时参照GB 16899-2011静载试验和动载试验梯级踏板的要求,确定了方案的可靠性。能够满足目前市面的自动扶梯和自动人行道的功能检测需求,且简单实用。 Manual violence detection is often needed to detect whether the comb plate protection switch of escalator is effective,and effective mechanical data cannot be obtained.In order to solve this problem,by analyzing the current situation and requirements of comb plate protection switch detection,a detection device was designed,which solved the problem that the action force of comb plate switch unknown at present.It had obvious advantages compared with the existing comb plate safety switch detection device.According to the overall design idea and scheme of the escalator comb plate protection and detection device,the overall structure and detection action flow of the system were described.A three-dimensional solid model was established,through the action and finite element analysis of the comb plate of the escalator by the detection device,the maximum results of material stress and deflection displacement deformation were obtained.The traditional method was still used for strength calculation and verification,the allowable stress value of the material was compared with the actual strength calculation value.At the same time,refer to the requirements of the step pedal of GB 16899-2011 static load test and dynamic load test,the reliability of the scheme was determined.It can meet the functional testing requirements of escalators and moving sidewalks on the market,and is simple and practical.
