一步脉冲电沉积增强超疏水表面稳定性实验研究 被引量:1

Study on Enhancing the Robustness of Superhydrophobic Surface by One-Step Pulse Electrodeposition

摘要 为解决传统电化学沉积制备超疏水表面稳定性差的问题,提出了一种一步脉冲阳极氧化辅助阴极电沉积法制备增强型超疏水表面,并探究不同脉冲占空比对光滑平面与粗糙平面电沉积形貌的影响,以及对两种条件下制备所得样件进行了鲁棒特性测试与分析。研究结果表明,与以光滑表面为基底的阴极表面相比,以粗糙表面为基底的阴极表面具有更优异的超疏水性能,其中静态接触角高达159.9°,滚动角低至4°。同时,具备多级粗糙结构的超疏水样件比单级粗糙结构的样件更具抗腐蚀性和机械稳定性,其腐蚀电流密度比单级粗糙结构样件降低了两个数量级(从10^(-5)变为10^(-7)),且在2.5 kPa压力下经过220 cm距离的机械磨损测试后,其静态接触角从159.9°下降至140°,而单级结构样件的接触角则从155°下降至113°。 To solve the problem of poor stability of superhydrophobic surfaces prepared by traditional electrochemical deposition,a one-step pulse electrodeposition method assisted by anodic oxidation was proposed to prepare a robust superhydrophobic surface,and the effect of different pulse duty ratios on smooth and rough surfaces was explored.The influence of the electrodeposition morphology,and the robust characteristics of the samples prepared under the two conditions were tested and analyzed.The results showed that,compared with the cathode surface with a smooth surface as the substrate,the cathode surface with a rough surface as the substrate exhibited more excellent superhydrophobic properties,in which the static contact angle reached up to 159.9°and the rolling angle was as low as 4°.At the same time,the superhydrophobic sample with multi-level rough structures were more corrosion resistant and mechanical stability than the sample with single-level rough structure,and its corrosion current density was two orders of magnitude lower than that of single-level rough structure(from 10^(-5) to 10^(-7)).Besides,after 220 cm abrasion test under 2.5 kPa pressure,the contact angle of the sample with multi-level rough structures dropped from 159.9°to 140°,while that of the sample with single-stage structure dropped from 155°to 113°.
