摘要
地铁屏蔽门是现在地铁站台层设备管理系统的不可或缺的组成部分,它可以将站台层的公共区域部分与隧道轨行区域部分进行完美地隔离区分,并且能够特别高效地预防乘客跌入轨行区,而与此同时也能够将地铁轨行区域部分与站台区域部分的冷热气流交换进一步降低,从而减少环控功能系统的运行能源损耗。除此之外,地铁屏蔽门还能够做到明显减少地铁车辆运行时产生的噪声以及地下铁道活塞风压对地铁站台层的候车行人的影响,增加行人等候地铁车辆时的舒适度。近几年来随着我国推进城市轨道运输交通快速建设发展,城市地铁都已经发展成为当前社会人们日常生活出行的重要轨道交通运输方式。屏蔽门的安全性和质量特性越来越被人们重视,因此它已成为城市地铁轨道运输的重要部分。采用有限元模拟和试验研究相结合的方式,分析了各种极限工况施加荷载下屏蔽门系统的位移量。实验结果表明,有限元分析可以很好地预测地铁门系统的变形量。
Platform screen door is now the subway platform layer integral part of the equipment management system.It can be the public areas of the platform layer with tunnel rail line areas perfect isolation to distinguish the part,and can efficiently prevent special passenger line fell tunnel rail,and at the same time also to be able to tunnel rail areas and further reduce part of the cold and hot air exchanger platform.Thus reduce the energy consumption of the environmental control system.In addition,the subway screen door can also significantly reduce the noise generated by subway vehicles during opeoration and the impact of the underground railway piston wind pressure on the subway platform layer of pedestrians waiting for subway vehicles,and increase the comfort of pedestrians waiting for subway vehicles.In recent years,with the rapid construction and development of urban rail transportation in china,urban subway has become an important mode of rail transportation in people′s daily life.More and more people pay attention to the safety and quality characteristics of the platform screen door,so it has become an important part of urban subway rail transportation.Finite element simulation and experimental study were used to analyze the displacement of the platform screen door system under various ultimate loading conditions.The exeperimental results show that finite element analysis can predict the deformation of subway door system well.
