自动导引小车(AGV)车架结构设计与仿真分析 被引量:6

摘要 随着自动导引小车AGV的不断发展,对AGV的承载能力和运行精度的要求越来越高,而AGV车架作为承重的主体和安装其余的系统的载体,在载重的运行过程中,其弯曲强度和变形量对小车承载能力和行驶的稳定性有巨大影响,因此研究AGV的车架设计及优化十分有工程价值。运用三维建模软件Solidworks对车架进行实体建模设计,再基于有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench进行了弯曲工况下结构的刚度、强度分析和优化设计,达到设计的轻量化。最终仿真结果证明设计满足要求,优化后车架重量减轻了14%,为之后的AGV研发提供了一定的参考。 With the continuous development of automatic guided vehicle(AGV),the requirements for the bearing capacity and operation accuracy of AGV are higher and higher.As the main body of load-bearing and the carrier for installing other systems,the bending strength and deformation of AGV frame have a great impact on the bearing capacity and driving stability of AGV.Therefore,it is of great engineering value to study the frame design and optimization of AGV.The solid modeling design of the frame was carried out by using the three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks,and then the stiffness,strength analysis and optimization design of the structure under bending conditions were carried out based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,so as to achieve the lightweight of the design.The final simulation results show that the design meets the requirements,and the weight of the optimized frame is reduced by 14%,which provides a certain reference for the later AGV research and development.
