摘要
为了更好地监控生产现场的工作情况,减少人员,提高工作效率,利用组态王软件和S7-200 SMART PLC控制器及小车运动控制模块实现了小型生产线监控系统的设计与开发。该监控系统实现了对小型生产线实时工作过程环节的状态显示及远程控制的功能,实现了远距离的监控。通过对小型生产线的过程控制要求,完成了S7-200 SMART PLC程序的编写,实现了在整个控制过程中对小车起动、停止、复位的控制要求,准确完成了对物料的加工环节,在此基础上,通过组态王软件,开发了人机监控界面,完成了组态画面的制作、数据词典变量的建立、监控画面动画链接与外部设备的连接及通信。通过对控制系统的设计及监控界面的设计与实现,减少了实际现场的人员流动,提高了实际生产的工作效率,该监控系统对实际工业生产过程有一定的借鉴意义。
In order to better monitor the working conditions of the production site,reduce personnel and improve work efficiency,the design and development of the small production line monitoring system was realized by using Kingview software,S7-200 SMART PLC controller and trolley motion control module.The monitoring system realized the functions of real-time working process link status display and remote control of the small production line.Through the process control requirements of the small production line,the S7-200 SMART PLC program was completed,the control requirements for the start,stop and reset of the trolley in the whole control process were realized,and the processing links of materials were accurately completed.On the basis,the man-machine monitoring interface was developed through the Kingview software,and the production of configuration screen was completed establishment of data dictionary variables,connection and communication between monitoring picture animation link and external equipment.Through the design and implementation of the control system and the monitoring interface,the personnel flow on the actual site was reduced and the work efficiency of the actual production was improved.The monitoring system has a certain reference significance for the actual industrial production process.
