摘要
模具温度控制机分为水式模温机和油式模温机两种,用油作为传热媒介时存在导热油会定期变质、环境污染、预热效率低等问题。试验结果表明,180℃结构的高温水式模温机在升温200℃的过程中,泄压电磁阀出现了启停失效、密封泄漏的问题,电热管法兰与加热桶法兰之间的密封面也出现了滴漏的问题,为了提高水式模温机的适用性及市场竞争力,设计并制作了一款能自动精准控温到200℃的水式模温机,对泄压结构和电热管密封法兰结构进行优化,解决了传统结构其密封件和阀件不耐200℃高温和其所对应饱和蒸气压的问题。通过长期高温耐久测试,确认了各零部件结构满足使用要求,可以代替油式模温机使用。
Mold temperature controller is divided into water mold temperature controller and oil mold temperature controller.When oil is used as heat transfer medium,there are some problems such as periodic deterioration of heat transfer oil,environmental pollution and low preheating efficiency.The test results show that in the process of heating up to 200℃,the pressure relief solenoid valve has the problems of start stop failure and seal leakage,and the sealing surface between the electric heating tube flange and the heating barrel flange also has the problem of drip leakage.In order to improve the applicability and market competitiveness,a water mold temperature machine was designed and manufactured,which could automatically and accurately control the temperature to 200℃.The pressure relief structure and the sealing flange structure of the electric heating tube were optimized,which solved the problem that the seals and valves of the traditional structure could not resistant to the high temperature of 200℃and the corresponding saturated vapor pressure.Through the long-term high temperature durability test,the structure of each part was confirmed to meet the use requirements,which can be used instead of oil mould temperature machine.
