摘要 物联网技术应用于电梯领域,使电梯的安全信息化监管工作有了质的飞跃。提出了一种基于物联网的电梯运行数据在线监测系统,硬件设计主要包括数据采集模块、通信模块及监测模块设计;在软件设计中,根据空间运行的电梯状态,强化数据的监测算法设计力度。实验结果表明,系统具有较高的数据收集合格率,且监测准确率远远高于传统在线监测系统。系统具有较完善的内部结构,软件运行稳定可靠,所采集的数据准确,可为电梯安全运行提供有力的技术支持。 The application of Internet of things technology in the field of elevator has made a qualitative leap in the safety information supervision of elevator.An on-line monitoring system of elevator operation data based on Internet of things was proposed.The hardware design mainly included the design of data acquisition module,communication module and monitoring module.In the software design,according to the elevator state of space operation,the design of data monitoring algorithm was strengthened.The experimental results show that the system has a high qualified rate of data collection,and the monitoring accuracy is much higher than the traditional online monitoring system.The system has perfect internal structure,stable and reliable software operation and accurate data collected,which can provide strong technical support for the safe operation of elevator.
