轮胎新旧好坏与否会直接影响到叉车运行和作业的安全。通过介绍叉车轮胎的种类和使用特点,论述了叉车轮胎选型的原则,以及叉车轮胎与叉车安全运行与作业的重要关系;通过介绍轮胎重要参数与性能关系,给出轮胎参数与轮胎侧偏刚度、侧偏力的影响关系,总结磨损对叉车安全运行的影响;比对了各类标准规范给出叉车轮胎检验面临的检验盲区,探讨了在实际作业过程可能出现的使用、检验报废问题,并就叉车的现行检验标准、检验方法以及实际检验过程中遇到的问题进行了分析和研究,给出关于叉车轮胎使用与检验方面的一些建议。

Whether the tires are new or old will directly affect the safety of forklift operation and operation.By introducing the types and application characteristics of forklift tires,the principle of forklift tire selection and the important relationship between forklift tires and forklift safe operation and operation were discussed.By introducing the relationship between important tire parameters and performance,the influence relationship between tire parameters and tire cornering stiffness and cornering force was given,and the influence of wear on the safe operation of forklift was summarized.The inspection blind areas faced by forklift tire inspection given in various standards and specifications were compared,and the possible use,inspection and scrapping problems in the actual operation process were discussed.The current inspection standards,inspection methods and problems encountered in the actual inspection process of forklift were analyzed and studied,and some suggestions on the use and inspection of forklift tire were given.
