摘要
以某垃圾焚烧发电厂余热锅炉为分析对象,收集整理了余热锅炉技术改造前后运行数据,基于技改前后各项运行参数的变化情况,分析技改效果。结果表明:余热锅炉技改前存在超温问题,过热器管内工质温升和减温喷水量均远高于设计值,一二级减温喷水量已超过最大量程5 t/h,且高温腐蚀严重,存在爆管现象;通过余热锅炉技术改造,蒸发总量明显提升,过热器入口烟温显著下降,降温幅度在20℃以上,减温喷水量也明显减少,宏观检测也未见明显高温腐蚀现象,技术改造效果显著。
Taking the waste heat boiler of a waste incineration power plant as the analysis object,the operation data of waste heat boiler before and after technical transformation were collected and sorted out,based on the changes of various operating parameters before and after technical transformation,the effect of technical transformation is analyzed.The results showed that there was serious overtemperature problem in the waste heat boiler before technical renovation.The temperature rise of working medium in the superheater tube was much higher than the design value,and cooling water flow rate in first and second stageexceed the maximum range of 5 t/h.Through the technical renovation of the waste heat boiler,the total amount of evaporation increased significantly,the flue gas temperature at the superheater inlet was significantly reduced,and the cooling range was above 20℃.Cooling water flow rate in first and second stage also obviously go down,and no obvious high temperature corrosion phenomenon was found in the macro inspection.The technical renovation of the waste heat boiler is excellent.
