摘要
针对地浸开采铀矿山井场设计工作量大、信息空间表征不足,及传递反馈可视化程度低等问题,结合井场设计施工特点,以MongoDB为数据库,采用MVC框架、WebGL及HTML5技术开发了基于虚拟建造技术的地浸井场设计系统。该系统包括井场建造模块、钻孔建造模块、数据管理和查询统计模块、方案比选模块、钻孔质量检查模块和三维可视化模块,可实现井场自动布孔、钻孔可视化设计、井场方案数据统计查询,及三维可视化等功能。开发的系统界面友好,在Web端运行流畅,操作快捷方便,为地浸井场建设提供了智能化、高效化的设计平台,较传统设计模式在自动化、可视化、协同性和共享性等方面具有明显优势。
Aiming at the problems of heavy workload, insufficient spatial representation of information and low visualization of transmission feedback in the traditional well site design of in-situ leaching uranium mines, and combined with the characteristics of well site design and construction management, an in-situ leaching well site design system based on virtual construction technology is developed with MongoDB as the database and MVC framework, WebGL and HTML5 technology. The system includes well site construction module, borehole construction module, data management and query statistics module, scheme comparison module, borehole quality inspection module, and 3 D visualization module, which can realize the functions of automatic well site layout, borehole visualization design, statistical query of well pad scheme data and 3 D visualization. The system has friendly interface, smooth operation on the web side, fast and convenient operation, and provides a smart and efficient design platform for the in-situ leaching well site.
