摘要
简要介绍了SiC及其复合多孔陶瓷的主要制备方法和特点。重点阐述了SiC及SiC基复合氧化物(SiC-莫来石、SiC-堇青石、SiC-Al_(2)O_(3))和非氧化物(SiC-Si_(3)N_(4)、SiC-ZrB_(2)、SiC-TiB_(2)、SiC-BN)多孔陶瓷的研究新进展,并展望了其未来发展的方向。
In this paper,some main preparation methods and their characteristics of silicon carbide and its composite porous ceramics are briefly introduced. The latest research development of silicon carbide and its composite oxide porous ceramics ( SiC -mullite,SiC -cordierite,SiC -Al_(2)O_(3)) and composite non-oxide porous ceramics (SiC-Si_(3)N_(4),SiC-ZrB_(2),SiC-TiB_(2),SiC-BN) are emphatically reviewed,their development trends are also prospected.
