摘要
六铝酸钙具有优异的隔热保温、抗碱侵蚀等一系列优良性能,具有广阔的应用前景。本文综述了不同价态、不同添加量的氧化物添加剂与六铝酸钙烧结性能和显微结构的关系。得出结论:Fe_(2)O_(3)、La_(2)O_(3)、TiO_(2)、CeO_(2)、SiO_(2)的加入使六铝酸钙的显气孔率降低,体积密度和耐压强度提高;体积密度≥2.8 g/cm^(3)的致密六铝酸钙可用作钢包的工作衬耐材;ZnO的加入使六铝酸钙的显气孔率增大,高气孔率的六铝酸钙可用作隔热耐火材料。
Calcium hexaaluminate has a series of excellent properties,such as excellent heat insulation and resistance to alkali erosion and so on,which has a good prospect in industrial applications. In this paper,the relationship between sintering properties and microstructure of calcium hexaaluminater and oxide additives with different valences and different amounts is reviewed. The results show that the addition of Fe_(2)O_(3),La_(2)O_(3),Ti O;,CeO_(2)and SiO_(2)can reduce the apparent porosity of calcium hexaaluminate and increase the bulk density and compressive strength,and the dense calcium hexaaluminate with bulk density ≥2. 8 g / cm^(2)can be used as the working lining refractory of ladle. The addition of Zn O increases the apparent porosity of calcium hexaaluminate,and calcium hexaaluminate with high porosity can be used as heat insulation refractory.
