犁式卸料器在石灰输送过程中缺陷分析及改进

根据多条石灰生产线的实际生产,发现犁式卸料器犁头上的橡胶刮片磨损严重,而且在很短时间内就会被损坏,进而产生漏料现象。通过现场观察和分析,对其结构进行了适当的优化和改进,解决了犁式卸料器刮片磨损严重和漏料的问题,满足了皮带输送机正常的输送要求,保证了石灰生产线的正常生产。

According to the actual production of several lime production lines,it is found that the rubber scraper on the plow head of the plow unloader is seriously worn out,and it will be damaged in a short time,which will lead to lime leakage. Through field observation and analysis,the structure is optimized and improved properly,and the problems of serious abrasion and material leakage of the plow unloader blade are solved,and the normal conveying requirements of the belt conveyor are satisfied,the normal production of lime production line is ensured.
