灵武市枣园灰暗斑螟生物学特性及防控技术研究

摘要 为给灵武市防治近年来危害愈加严重的枣园新害虫灰暗斑螟提供依据和参考,采用林间调查、室内饲养和性信息素监测等方法对灰暗斑螟生活史、防治技术等进行了研究。结果为灰暗斑螟在灵武地区仍处于零星发生阶段,在最先发现的灵武园艺试验场,有虫株率51%以上,枣树1 a生枝基部遭受害虫蛀食,枝条叶片枯黄脱落、枯萎死亡;6月上旬至7月中旬是幼虫危害盛期,危害最重;防治方法1(枣树发芽前,人工刮除树干、主枝老粗皮及1 a生或多年生被害枝条基部老粗皮)、防治方法2(幼虫发生期1 a生枝条基部涂抹48%毒死蜱400倍液2次+成虫发生期喷施5%高效氟氯氰菊酯2000倍液2次)、防治方法3(枣园悬挂性信息素诱捕器+幼虫发生期1 a生枝条基部涂抹25%灭幼脲3号悬浮剂100倍液2次+成虫发生期喷施5%甲维盐2000倍液2次)都可有效控制虫害,其中方法3效果最好,建议推广应用。 In order to grasp the occurrence regularity of Euzophera batanagensis,a new pest of jujube garden that has been seriously harmful in Ningxia Lingwu recent years,and to understand the critical period of control,the research on the life history of the pest was conducted applying forest survey,indoor rearing of the pest and sexual pheromone monitoring.The result showed that Euzophera batanagensis occurred in dispersed pattern across Lingwu and was first found in horticulture farm with pest infestation rate over 51%.The symptoms were 1 a branch base of jujube trees to be damaged,causing foliage and death of branches.The period between June and middle of July was most severe.Control technologies were developed to be applied with three ways:i)before branch shooting,scraping the barks of branches,old or 1 a,that have been harmed by the pest;ii)painting the branch base that have been harmed by the pest with two times treatment with 48%chlorpyrifos 400 times solution at larval phase,followed by two times treatment with 5%beta-cyfluthrin 2000 times solution at adult phase;iii)sex pheromone trap plus two times of treatment with painting 25%chlorbenzuron 100 times solution at larva phase,followed later by two times of treatment with 5%emamectin benzoate 2000 times solution.
