中美中小学在线教育质量评价标准研究 被引量:1

摘要 在线教育是改革传统教学生态、推动教育革命和实现教育变革的重要力量,新冠肺炎疫情加速了在线教育进程,在线教育质量备受各界关注。对比分析中美两国中小学在线教育发展历程中制定的相关在线教育质量评价标准,发现两国在线教育质量评价标准中评价指标核心观测点、技术服务对象和教学团队建设等三方面有明显差异,我国中小学在线教育质量评价标准制定需重视在线教育评价导向、学习者需求、多方协同支持和中小学教师专业发展等关键性指标。 Online education is an important force to reform the traditional teaching ecology,promote the education revolution and realize the education reform.COVID-19 has made online learning urgently needed and accelerated the process of online education,and the quality of online education has attracted attention from all walks of life.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the online education quality evaluation standards formulated during the development of primary and secondary schools in China and the United States.It shows that there are clear differences in the three aspects such as the evaluation index core observation points,technical service objects and teaching team construction.The formulation of online education quality evaluation standards for primary and secondary schools in China should pay attention to key indicators such as online education evaluation orientation,learners’needs,multi-party collaborative support and professional development of primary and secondaryschool teachers.
