The problem of food safety in colleges and universities directly affects the physical and mental health and life safety of teachers and students.The establishment of food safety quick inspection laboratory can expand the scope of food safety monitoring and move the food safety early warning forward.Based on the catering food safety incidents in recent years,this paper comprehensively analyzes the key items to be monitored in the university canteen,the current problems and countermeasures of the quick inspection of the university canteen,so as to further ensure the food safety of the university canteen.
