摘要
近年来,随着食品安全问题的不断曝光,人们对食品安全问题越来越重视。食用农产品作为食品生产的主要材料,其质量高低直接关系到食品生产和使用安全。本文从食用农产品安全管理现状入手,阐述了食用农产品质量对食品安全管理工作带来的影响,总结出了提高食用农产品质量的相关方法,以期为我国食用农产品安全管理工作的开展提供指导。
In recent years,with the continuous exposure of food safety problems,people from all walks of life pay more and more attention to food safety issues.As the main material of food production,the quality of edible agricultural products is directly related to the safety of food production and use.Starting with the current situation of the safety management of edible agricultural products,this paper expounds the impact of the edible agricultural products quality on the food safety management work,and summarizes the relevant methods to improve the quality of edible agricultural products,in order to provide a guidance for the safety management of edible agricultural products in China.
