摘要
随着国家经济水平的提高,食品种类在增加的同时,人们对生活质量的要求也在不断提高。食品作为生活中必不可少的内容,关乎着人们的健康和社会的安定。我国针对食品制定了一系列标准,通过各种方法控制食品问题的发生。食品检测实验室作为我国控制食品质量的权威机构,必须保证检测工作的质量与严格性,通过科学的检验为社会提供可靠的食品安全参考。本文主要研究我国食品检测实验室在质量控制方面存在的问题,针对质量管理存在的不足提出相关建议,为实验室优化管理水平提供参考。
With the improvement of the national economic level,the variety of food is increasing at the same time,people’s requirements for the quality of life are also improving.Food,as an indispensable part of life,is related to the health of the people and the stability of society.my country has formulated a series of standards for food to control the occurrence of food problems through various methods.As the authoritative organization for food quality control in my country,food testing laboratories must ensure the quality and strictness of testing work,and provide reliable food safety references for the society through scientific testing.This paper mainly studies the problems existing in the quality control of food testing laboratories in my country,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the shortcomings of quality management,so as to provide a reference for the laboratory to optimize the management level.
