摘要
通过顶空气相色谱仪,建立了盐渍莲藕中二氧化硫残留量测定的方法。比较了酸化试剂、顶空平衡时间和平衡温度对二氧化硫残留测定结果的影响,确定了最佳实验条件为10 moL/L硫酸溶液酸化、平衡时间30 min和平衡温度80 ℃。建立的标准曲线在二氧化硫浓度为0.01~0.30 mg/L线性良好,相关系数为0.999 2,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.9%~4.1%(n=6),回收率为96.0%~103.4%,方法检测限和定量限分别为0.15 mg/kg和0.50 mg/kg。结果表明,该方法可以准确测定盐渍莲藕中的二氧化硫残留量。
Using headspace gas chromatography,a new method was developed to determine the content of sulfur dioxide in salted lotus.The effects of acid,equilibrium time and equilibrium temperatureon the result were discussed.The suitable experimental conditions are 10 mol/L sulphuric acid,equilibrium time 30 min and equilibrium temperature 80 ℃.The standard curve showed a good linear in the range of 0.01 mg/L to 0.30 mg/L.The linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 2.The relative standard deviation of results was 1.9%~4.1%(n=6),the recovery rate was between 96.0% to 103.4%.The limits of detection and quantification of sulfur dioxide were 0.15 mg/kg and 0.50 mg/kg.The results showed that this method accurately determined the content of sulfur dioxide residues in salted lotus.
