三通阀体多向模锻工艺研究及有限元分析 被引量:2

Study on multi-directional die forging technology for tee valve body and finite element analysis

摘要 针对40Cr合金钢阀体生产效率低、材料利用率低、性能差、寿命短等问题,提出了采用多向模锻工艺来成形阀体。首先,根据阀体结构特征设计了3种成形工艺方案,并分析了各方案冲头的加载方式;其次,通过CAE分析软件Deform-3D完成了各方案的有限元建模,并进行了数值仿真,分析比较了各方案的锻件成形过程、锻件成形质量、锻件温度分布、成形载荷等。结果表明:采用方案3的锻件成形过程更为合理,温度分布更为均匀,载荷较小,锻件质量更好。最后,以方案3为参考,进行了多向模锻工艺试验,获得了质量较好的阀体锻件。经检验,与仿真结果的一致性较高,表明有限元技术可对实际模锻工艺提供一定的理论指导,提高设计效率。 For the problems of low production efficiency,low material utilization,poor performance and short service life of 40Cr alloy steel valve body,a multi-directional die forging process was proposed to form the valve body.Firstly,three forming process schemes were designed according to the structural characteristics of the valve body,and the loading modes of punch for each scheme were analyzed.Secondly,the finite element model of each scheme was completed by CAE analysis software Deform-3D,and the numerical simulation was carried out.Furthermore,the forging process,forging quality,forging temperature distribution and forming load of each scheme were analyzed and compared.The results show that the forging process of scheme 3 is more reasonable,the temperature distribution is more uniform,the load is smaller,and the forging quality is better.Finally,taking scheme 3 as a reference,the multi-directional die forging process test was carried out,and the valve body forgings with good quality were obtained.After inspection,the consistency with the simulation results is high,which shows that the finite element technology can provide some theoretical guidance for the actual die forging process and improve the design efficiency.
