步进电机外壳零件多工位级进模设计 被引量:2

Design on multi-station progressive die for stepper motor shell parts

摘要 根据步进电机外壳零件的特点及生产的技术要求,进行多工位级进模设计。首先,步进电机外壳零件的排样方式采用单排直排排样,送料定距采用侧刃粗定位、导正销精定位,送料步距为57.35 mm,使得板料在每次弹起并移动到下一步工位的过程变得更加精准;其次,步进电机外壳零件多工位级进模采用顺装结构,使得工件与废料自然分离,有利于减少人工成本;最后,步进电机外壳零件未进行空工位设计,整体上减少了模具的体积,降低了模具生产制造的成本。生产结果表明:步进电机外壳多工位级进模的结构设计合理,对指导工程实际生产具有重要的参考意义。此外,该模具的材料利用率高达85%,节省了材料。 Based on the characteristics of stepper motor shell parts and the technical requirements of production,the multi-station progressive die was designed.First of all,the stepper motor shell parts were arranged in a single straight row,and the feeding distance adoptted coarse positioning of side edge and fine positioning of guide pin,with a feeding step of 57.35 mm,which made the process of popping up and moving to the next station for sheet more accurate.Secondly,the multi-station progressive die of stepper motor shell parts adopted a smooth discharge structure,which made the workpiece and scrap separate naturally and reduced labor costs.Finally,the multi-station progressive die of stepper motor shell parts was designed without empty stations,which reduced the overall volume of die and the cost of die manufacturing.The production results show that the structure design of multi-station progressive die for stepper motor shell parts is reasonable,which has important reference significance for guiding the actual production of engineering.In addition,the material utilization ratio of die is as high as 85%,which saves material.
