摘要
针对示波器能够显示的通道少,难以分析逻辑时序,逻辑分析仪又对波形显示支持程度不够的问题,完成了基于示波器X-Y模式的简易逻辑分析仪的设计与制作,使示波器兼具简易逻辑分析的功能,节省调试开发硬件成本,提升便捷性.设计主要包括控制单元、显示单元、扫描驱动模块三个部分.通过模块间的通信和协作,系统能够在示波器上同时显示基于公共同步时钟信号的8路逻辑时序波形,并实现触发设置、状态字读取等功能,满足简易逻辑分析的需求.
The oscilloscope can support fewer display channels,and it′s difficult to analyze the problems related to logical timing. Therefore,a simple logic analyzer based on oscilloscope X-Y mode is designed.The design consists of three parts,control unit,display unit and scan drive module. Serial communication is used to realize information interaction between modules. The system can display 8-channel waveforms simultaneously on the oscilloscope. The simple function of logic analyzer such as trigger setting and state word reading is realized.
