MicroRNA在糖尿病性心脏病中作用和功能研究进展

摘要 糖尿病合并心脏病患者的死亡率是非糖尿病患者的2~4倍,65岁以上的糖尿病患者中约有68%死于心脏病[1,2]。糖尿病性心脏的代谢特征是心脏组织出现胰岛素抵抗,心肌细胞葡萄糖摄入减少,而线粒体脂肪酸氧化水平增加。这种利用能量底物方式的慢性改变和心肌代谢对环境的适应能力的丧失,称为糖尿病性心脏病的病理状态[3,4]。心脏肥大和心肌纤维化是糖尿病性心脏病的心脏结构变化,其伴随着氧化应激,表现为线粒体功能障碍和心肌细胞凋亡的增加。
