摘要
非对称耳铜模采用阳极铜液浇铸工艺生产而成,导致其使用寿命低、使用成本较高。为提高非对称耳铜模的使用寿命,将采用阳极铜为原料的浇铸生产工艺改为采用电解铜为原料的挤压铸造生产工艺。采用新工艺试生产出了一批非对称耳阳极铜模,并对这些非对称耳阳极铜模进行试用浇铸阳极板,以验证改进的效果。结果表明铜模的表面质量和铜模的使用寿命得到了大幅度提高,平均使用寿命由原来的154.5 t/块提高至248.1 t/块,提高近61%。
The asymmetrical ear copper mould is produced by casting process of anode molten copper,which has short life time and high cost.The casting production process of anode copper is changed to squeeze casting production process of electrolytic copper in order to increase the life time of asymmetrical ear copper mould.A batch of asymmetrical ear copper mould was produced by new process,and the batch of asymmetrical ear copper mould was used for casting of anode plate in oreder to verify the improvement effect.Results show the surface quality and the life time of copper mould is improved greatly,the average life time is increased from 154.5 t/block to 248.1 t/block,it is about 61%.
