摘要
采用ICP-AES法同时测定锌铝镁合金中0.005%~10%的铝和镁,研究了样品的溶解条件,对影响测定的各种因素进行了研究,确立了最佳实验条件。结果表明铝的检出限为0.0040μg/mL,镁的检出限为0.0014μg/mL,回收率97.0%~105.0%,相对标准偏差RSD(%)小于3.00%。该方法简便、快速、准确,用于锌铝镁合金中铝和镁的炉前快速测定,结果满意。
Aluminum and magnesium(0.005%~10%)in zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy were measured simultaneously by ICP-AES,it is studied the dissolution conditions of samples and various factors which can influence the determination,thus the optimal test conditions can be confirmed.Results show:the detection limit of aluminum is 0.0040μg/mL,the detection limit of magnesium is 0.0014μg/mL,the recovery rate is 97.0%~105.0%,the relative standard deviation(%)is less than 3.00%.This is a simple,fast and accurate method which can be used for rapid determination of aluminum and magnesium in zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy,results were satisfying.
