摘要
分析了轮带合金生产用滚剪装置稳定性、剪刀几何形状对铸件剪切口质量的影响因素,对滚剪装置结构、剪刀机构进行了改造,避免了剪刃断裂、剪刀易松动、剪切不彻底、剪不断等生产异常情况的发生,提升了产品外观质量,生产线高效、低成本、稳定运行,在行业具有推广价值。
It is analyzed the stability of rolling shearing device for wheel-band alloy production,and the effect factors of scissor geometry on quality of shearing port of cast;the structure of rolling shearing device,the scissor mechanism was improved in order to avoid shear blade fracture,scissors easily loose,incomplete shearing,not sharp scissor and the other abnormal production situation,so that the appearance quality of products were improved,the production line has high efficiency,low cost,stable operation,it has promotional value within the industry.
