光学电流测量仪在400 kA电解槽的应用探索 被引量:1

摘要 针对铝行业电解槽立柱母线、阳极电流分布、阴极电流值等测量难度大、精准度不高的技术难题,开发出便携式光纤电流测量技术,其装置可以准确测量导体周边磁场大小、屏蔽相邻导体阴极电流产生的磁场干扰。通过磁场间接测量流经导体的电流值,为电解槽偏流问题的解决提供了数据支撑,对电解槽安全、平稳、高效运行具有重要的参考价值。 According to the technical difficulties of aluminum industry,such as the column generating line,anode current distribution,cathode current distribution was difficult to measure,and the measurement precision was low,therefore portable fiber optic current measurement technology was developed,it can accurately measure the size of magnetic field around the conductor and shield the magnetic field interference generated by cathode current of adjacent conductors.The value of current flow through the conductor was indirectly measured by magnetic field,it provide data support to current bias problem of electrolytic cell,it has important reference value to safe,stable,high efficient operation of electrolytic cell.
