精神分析与家庭治疗的整合(综述)

Integration of psychoanalysis and family therapy

本文围绕精神分析与家庭治疗从对话到整合的关系转变,集中从客体关系与系统理论的整合、依恋理论与家庭治疗的整合以及交叉范式的系统式多元整合三方面,介绍包括内在家庭系统(IFS)、依恋叙事治疗(ANT)、关系家庭治疗(RFT)、整合问题中心治疗(IPCT)等在内的整合模式,以把握西方心理治疗界在整合精神分析与家庭治疗方面的理论发展,为推进我国心理治疗整合提供思路和启发。

This article reviews the relationship between psychoanalysis and family therapy,which experienced the transformation from separation to dialogue.After clarifying three confluences of object relation and system theory,attachment theory and family therapy,as well as multi-integrative models,this article introduces some major integrative models,such as"inner family system"(IFS),"attachment narrative therapy"(ANT),"relational family therapy"(RFT),and"integrative problem-centered therapy"(IPCT)respectively,in order to help Chinese psychotherapists to grasp the theoretical developments in the Western psychotherapy community and to provide ideas and inspiration for advancing the integration of psychotherapy in China.
