摘要
目的:评价亲社会情感受限量表(LPEQ)中文版测评学龄注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童的效度和信度。方法:选取符合精神障碍诊断与统计手册第5版(DSM-5)ADHD诊断标准的门诊儿童243例(年龄6~12岁),由家长填写LPEQ,同时完成SNAP-Ⅳ评定量表(SNAP-Ⅳ)、长处和困难问卷(SDQ)和冷漠无情特质量表(ICU)作为分析LPEQ的校标工具。选取其中33位家长间隔2周再次填写LPEQ以检查重测信度。结果:该量表为一因子结构(解释方差57.5%);LPE量表总分与SNAP-Ⅳ的多动冲动和对立违抗因子(r=0.36~0.47,均P<0.01)、ICU量表的冷漠、不关心因子和总分(r=0.48~0.63,均P<0.01)以及SDQ的行为问题和亲社会因子(r=0.40~0.46,均P<0.01)呈正相关;实证效度显示ADHD共患病组得分高于单纯ADHD组得分。LPEQ的同质信度为0.84,重测信度为0.81。结论:中文版LPEQ在评估学龄ADHD儿童的LPE中具有良好的效度和信度。
Objective:To evaluate the validity and reliability of the Limited Prosocial Emotion Questionnaire(LPEQ) in school-aged children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods:A total of 243 children with ADHD diagnosed by criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition(DSM-5) were selected.Parents filled out the LPEQ to assess their child’ s limited prosocial emotions, and completed the SNAP-IV rating scale, the Strength and Difficulties Questionnaire(SDQ) and the Inventory of Callous-Unemotional Traits(ICU) as the concurrent scale for LPEQ.And 33 parents were selected to completed LPEQ retest after 2 weeks.Results:The scale was shown to be one dimensional(explained variance=57.5%).The LPEQ total scores were positively correlated with the scores of impulsive-hyperactivity and oppositional defiant factors of SNAP-IV(r=0.36-0.47,P<0.01),callousness and uncaring factors and total scores of ICU(r=0.48-0.63,P<0.01) and behavioral problems and prosocial factors of SDQ(r=0.40-0.46,P<0.01).LPEQ has good discriminate validity among ADHD-comorbid and ADHD-only group.The Cronbach’ s α coefficient was 0.84 and the test-retest reliability was 0.81.Conclusion:The Chinese version of Limited Prosocial Emotion(LPEQ) shows good validity and reliability in evaluating the school-age children with ADHD.
