摘要 为推动和加快智能配电网转型和建设步伐,本文从配电网技术发展阶段和智能配电网发展趋势特征出发,针对制约配电网智能化转型的诸多"卡脖子"问题,在智能装备、智能传输、智能运检、智能分析平台、重大技术支撑平台方面指明了智能配电网可靠运行关键技术路线的发展方向和实施路径,有效地推动和支撑了智能配电网的高质量建设和应用。 In order to promote and accelerate the transformation and construction of smart distribution network,we discuss the development stage of distribution network technology and the characteristics of smart distribution network development trend in this paper,and foucus on"bottleneck"problems that restrict the transformation of distribution network.We point out the development direction and the implementation path of the key technical route for reliable operation of smart distribution network from aspects of smart equipment,smart transmission,smart operation and inspection,smart analysis platform and the major technical support platform,so as to effectively promote and support the high-quality construction and application of smart distribution network.
