摘要
随着耐张线夹X射线无损检测装备及技术的成熟应用,实现了耐张线夹内部结构的可视化,使得耐张线夹压接质量能够得到有效检测。针对±800 kV直流输电线路大截面(S_(铝)≥630 mm;)导线耐张线夹存在铝管与钢锚端凹槽漏压的缺陷,为分析压接质量对耐张线夹握力的影响,本文开展了NY-630/45导线耐张线夹分别漏压1个、2个和3个凹槽时线夹握力试验对比分析,漏压线夹受张力后补压握力试验对比分析,结合X射线无损检测以及线夹实物解剖手段,观察耐张线夹的实际压接情况,为治理该类缺陷,严防掉线工作提出了处理建议。
The mature application of the X-ray tension clamp non-destructive testing equipment and technology has realized the visualization of the internal structure of the tension clamp,so that the crimp quality of the tension clamp can be effectively tested.Aimed at eliminating improper crimp between the aluminum tube and the steel anchor end of the large cross-section(Saluminum≥630 mm^(2))conductor tension clamp of the±800 kV HVDC transmission line,and in order to analyze the influence of crimp quality on the grip strength of the tension clamp,grip strength test results of the NY-630/45 tension clamp with 1,2 and 3 grooves of the steel anchor purposely left out during crimping were compared and analyzed.The pressure-compensating grip strength test of the pressure leakage clamp after being under tension were also compared and analyzed.Combined with the X-ray non-destructive test and disassembly of the clamp,the actual state of crimp was observed.Suggestions on how to deal with such defects and prevent disconnection were proposed.
