基于AHP-EWM和云模型的配电网故障停电后果评估方法

摘要 为了构建全面的配电网故障停电后果评估体系,快速合理地评估配电网故障停电后果,提出一种基于层次分析法(AHP)-熵权法(EWM)和云模型的配电网故障停电后果评估方法,既兼顾了专家对指标的偏好,又减少了主观随意性。云模型则能够有效解决评估指标值的模糊性问题。最后以2020年某县级市配电网为算例,运用本方法对该配电网故障停电后果进行评估,找出关键的故障对象,验证了该方法的可行性和合理性。 In order to build a comprehensive distribution network fault outage consequence assessment system to quickly and reasonably assess the consequences of distribution network fault outage,this paper proposes a distribution network fault outage consequence assessment method based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)-Entropy Weight Method(EWM)and cloud model,which takes into account the experts'preference for indicators and reduces subjective arbitrariness.The cloud model,on the other hand,can effectively solve the problem of uncertainty and ambiguity of the evaluation index values.Taking the distribution network of a county-level city in 2020 as an example,the feasibility and rationality of this method are verified by applying the method of this paper to evaluate the consequences of fault outages of different objects in this distribution network.
