摘要
为提高锭杆的加工质量,以45号钢为材料,用不同数控车床速度、进给量、切削深度加工细长轴零件,检测零件尺寸精度及表面粗糙度,并采用正态分布和单因素对比试验进行数据分析。在试验所采用的因素水平变动范围内,通过5组试验和数据分析结果表明:数控车削加工细长轴类零件的精度整体分布规律基本符合正态分布;对于径向和轴向尺寸精度,进给量在车削中对精度的影响作用较为明显;对于表面粗糙度,影响轴零件加工精度顺序依次为进给量、切削深度和切削速度。
In order to improve the machining quality of spindle blade,45 steel is used as the material to process slender shaft parts with different speed,feed rate and cutting depth of CNC lathe.The dimension accuracy and surface roughness of the parts are detected,and the data are analyzed by normal distribution and single factor contrast test.The results of five groups of experiments and data analysis within the variable levels of factors used in the tests show that the overall accuracy distribution of slender shaft parts in CNC turning is basically in line with normal distribution.For the radial and axial dimensional accuracy,the feed rate plays an important role in turning.For surface roughness,the order of influencing the machining accuracy of shaft parts is feed rate,cutting depth and cutting speed.
