LS/XS 19.7tex SJ品种纺纱锭速提升方法探析

摘要 为了提升LS/XS 60/40 19.7tex SJ品种纺纱锭速,解决吨纱耗电量高的问题,分析纺纱锭速现状,对该品种纺纱锭速和不合格品率的纱疵类别进行统计,从人、机、料、法、环5个方面探寻影响纺纱提速的因素并进行试验和跟踪;详述通过优化钢领与钢丝圈、检修落后锭子、优选胶辊与胶圈、清洁牵伸区飞花、解决集聚不良问题、提高包机和维修质量等提升该品种纺纱锭速的方法及效益。结果表明:改进后,LS/XS 60/40 19.7tex SJ品种纺纱锭速提高800r/min,台时产量增加0.397kg,平均锭速达到14 800r/min以上,实现经济效益和管理效益双提升;日常生产应不断试验并推广新器材、新工艺,通过加强基础管理,总结提速经验,稳定提升企业产质量和经济效益。 In order to improve the spinning speed of LS/XS 60/40 19.7 tex SJ yarn and solve the problem of high power consumption of per ton yarn,the current situation of spinning speed is analyzed,and spinning speed and the yarn defect of unqualified product rate of the yarn are counted.The factors affecting spinning speed are explored,tested and tracked from five aspects of human,machine,material,method and environment.The methods and benefits of improving the spinning speed of the yarn are described in detail,such as optimizing rings and travellers,repairing backward spindles,optimizing aprons and cots,cleaning the flying flowers in drafting zone,solving the problem of bad compacting,improving the quality of individual implementing and maintenance.The results showed that after improvement,the spinning speed of LS/XS 60/40 19.7 tex SJ yarn is increased by 800 r/min,the output per hour is increased by 0.397 kg,the average spinning speed is more than 14 800 r/min,so both economic benefit and management benefit are improved.We should constantly test and promote new accessories and new technology,strengthen the basic management,summed up the experience of speed up,to steadily improve the yield and quality and economic benefits of enterprise in daily production.
