摘要
为了降低纺纱成本,用新疆棉开发不同层次的本色棉精梳纱,分析本色棉半精梳纱的研究进展及产品特点;以集聚纺C 22.4tex半精梳针织纱为例,从工艺流程、原棉选配、各工序的工艺措施以及纺纱指标,对比探讨集聚纺本色棉半精梳纱生产的关键技术。指出:集聚纺半精梳纱的条干不匀率、粗节和棉结相对于普梳纱在质量方面具有优势;30%精梳含量的集聚纺半精梳纱相比纯精梳纱,吨纱可减少用棉0.2t,成纱指标优于普梳纱、劣于精梳纱,条干不匀CV值随着精梳含量的增加而减小,且变化显著;对条干、细节和棉结要求不高时,合理选配原料,采用较低的精梳纱含量,可降低成本,提高半精梳本色纱附加值。
In order to reduce the spinning cost,Xinjiang cotton is used to develop different levels of unbleached cotton combed yarn,and the research progress and product characteristics of unbleached cotton semi-combed yarns are analyzed.Taking the C 22.4 tex semi-combed K yarn as an example,the key technology of compact spinning unbleached cotton semi-combed yarn is discussed in the process flow,raw cotton selection,technological measures of each process and spinning index comparison.It is pointed out that the unevenness,slubs and neps of compact spinning semi-combed yarn are superior to those of general carded yarn in quality.Compared with pure combed yarn,the cotton consumption per ton of semi-combed yarn with 30%combed content can be reduced by 0.2t,and the yarn index is better than that of general combed yarn and worse than that of combed yarn.The CV value of yarn unevenness decreases with the increase of combed content,and the change is significant.When the requirement of yarn unevenness,fine end and neps of yarn is not high,reasonable selection of raw materials and use of lower content of combed yarn can reduce the cost and improve the added value of semi-combed natural yarn.
