浅析预分解系统降低热耗的改造措施

摘要 本文对水泥厂预分解系统存在的烧成热耗高的问题进行原因分析,并通过降低废气量及废气温度、降低系统的表面散热、采用先进的多通道煤粉燃烧器、改善水泥熟料的煅烧性能等措施从而达到降低热耗的目的。改造后熟料质量稳定,产量提升,经济、社会效益显著提高。 This paper analyzes the cause of the problem of high burning heat consumption in the pre-decomposition system of the cement plant, and reduces the amount of exhaust gas and exhaust gas temperature, reduces the surface heat dissipation of the system,adopts advanced multi-channel pulverized coal burners, and improves cement curing. The calcination performance of the material and other measures to achieve the purpose of reducing heat consumption. After the transformation, the quality of the clinker is stable, the output is increased, and the economic and social benefits are significantly improved.
