摘要
通过对矿山长距离胶带机运行过程分析,发现其有噪声大、振动幅度大、运输能力不达标和托辊故障多等问题。对长距离胶带机进行自振特性测试,结果表明体系一阶自振频率约为4.6 Hz,结构体系整体刚度满足正常使用要求。对长距离胶带机进行运行响应测试,结果表明运行速度为5.0 m/s时,上托辊横梁加速度响应达到最大值6.26 m/s^(2)。经分析运行影响因素,认为可采取增大托辊直径、改变托辊间距或采用不等间距布置等方法避免共振,对托辊节点连接加固等可减少托辊故障。
By analyzing the operation process of long-distance belt conveyor in mine, there were many problems, such as high noise,large vibration amplitude, unqualified transportation capacity. Test the natural vibration characteristics of long-distance belt conveyor,The results show that the first-order natural frequency of the system was about 4.6 Hz, and the overall stiffness of the structural system meets the requirements of normal use.Test the conduct operation response,and the results show that when the running speed was 5.0 m/s, the acceleration response of the upper idler beam reaches the maximum value of 6.26 m/s^(2). The factors affecting the operation were analyzed, it was considered that measures can be taken to increase the idler diameter,change the distance between idlers and adopt unequal spacing arrangement to avoid resonance;Strengthening the connection of idler nodes can reduce the failure of idler.
