摘要 道路交通系统在城市日常运行中承担着重要的作用,频发的意外事件会对交通系统产生不可逆的影响。尤其是新冠肺炎疫情的爆发,突出了韧性交通基础设施的重要性。基于韧性的理念,从冗余性和脆弱性2个维度提出连接度指数和节点关键度2个量化指标。以佛山三龙湾片区路网为例,在道路交通规划应用中,通过评估现状道路网络韧性识别现状症结,以韧性为导向提出有针对性的道路交通规划策略和规划方案,为韧性交通基础设施的建设奠定规划基础。 The road transportation system plays an important role in maintaining urban daily operations.However,disasters and recurrent disturbances would cause irreversible impact on the transportation system.In particular,the outbreak of COVID-19 highlighted the importance of transportation infrastructure resilience.Based on the concept of resilience,two indicators,including connectivity index and node criticality are proposed from redundancy and vulnerability to quantify toughness.Taking the road network in Sanlongwan,Foshan city as an example,the crux is identified by evaluating the resilience of the existing road network in the application of road traffic planning,so as to propose targeted planning strategies and planning schemes guided by resilience.The research lays a planning foundation for the construction of resilient transportation infrastructure.
