摘要 为构建更加安全的城市道路交通环境,相关道路交通安全设施的建设已成为最基础的保障,综合考虑城市道路平面交叉口场景中常见的机动车、非机动车及行人三类交通参与者在交互时可能出现的各类交通安全问题,研究相关道路交通安全设施在系统性提升方面的不足,结合具体参与各类工程提升项目的实践经验和技术积累,对正常信号控制状态下平面交叉口的常见安全通行问题进行梳理、分析和总结,提出若干交通安全设施改善和提升的对策及方案。 In order to build a safer urban road traffic environment,the construction of relevant road traffic safety facilities has become the most basic guarantee.Comprehensively consider all kinds of traffic safety problems that may occur during the interaction of common motor vehicle,non motor vehicle and pedestrian traffic participants in the scene of urban road intersection,This paper studies the deficiencies of relevant road traffic safety facilities in systematic improvement,combined with the practical experience and technical accumulation of specific participation in various engineering improvement projects,combs,analyzes,and summarizes the common safe traffic problems of grade intersections under normal signal control,studies and puts forward some countermeasures and schemes for the improvement and improvement of traffic safety facilities.
