某型比例阀流量失调故障分析研究

Fault Analysis and Research on Flow Maladjustment of A Certain Proportional Valve

某型柴油机在运行过程中出现共轨压力失调的现象,经过试验验证发现是由于比例阀流量失调导致。据此分别对比例阀机械部件和电磁铁部件进行试验研究。结果表明:故障由比例阀电磁铁部件密封失效导致。制定相应的改进措施,通过可靠性试验完善技术方案,保障了柴油机的可靠运行。

Abnormal rail pressure of a diesel engine was found to be caused by the proportional valve flow out of control through the testing and verification.Based on this,the mechanical parts of proportional valve and solenoid valve parts are tested.The results show that the fault was caused by the failure of solenoid seal of the proportional valve.The corresponding improvement measures are formulated and the reliability test is passed,which ensures the reliable operation of diesel engine from the technical.
