摘要
为解决某轻型柴油机在台架耐久试验中涡轮增压器涡轮断轴的故障,结合试验数据记录,采用材料分析和仿真计算等手段进行研究分析。确认故障原因为涡轮低周疲劳失效,并提出优化结构的方案,在新一轮试验中得到验证。
In order to solve the problem of the turbocharger turbine shaft breaking fault in a light-duty diesel engine test,combined with the test data,material analysis and simulation calculations were used to confirm that the cause of the failure was the low-cycle fatigue failure of the turbine,and the optimization was proposed.The scheme of the structure has been verified in a new testing round.
