摘要
分别以焦性没食子酸和间苯三酚为原料,乙酸乙酯为溶剂,在氯化氢和ZnCl_(2)催化下与苯甲腈发生Hoesch反应,合成2,3,4-三羟基二苯甲酮和2,4,6-三羟基二苯甲酮,其紫外光谱的最大吸收峰分别在308和311 nm,摩尔吸光系数分别为1.535×10^(4)和1.297×10^(4)L/cm·mol,均是良好的UVB段紫外线吸收剂。考察了原料配比、ZnCl_(2)用量、反应时间和反应温度对Hoesch反应的影响,得到较佳的反应条件为原料配比n(酚):n(腈)为1:1.05、ZnCl_(2)用量为0.0175 mol、反应时间为28 h、反应温度为10℃。
The ultraviolet absorbers 2,3,4-trihydroxydiphenenone and 2,4,6-hydroxydiphenenone were synthesized by Hoesch reaction of pyrogallic acid and phloroglucinol with benzonitrile catalyzed by hydrogen chloride and ZnCl_(2),respectively.UV spectra showed that the maximum absorption peaks at 308 and 311 nm,moore absorption coefficients were 1.535×10^(4) and 1.297×10^(4) L/cm·mol,respectively.The effects of the ratio of raw materials,the amount of ZnCl_(2),reaction time and reaction temperature on Hoesch reaction were investigated.
