摘要
采用固相反应法制备不同锆含量的锆钛酸钡钙(BCTZ_(x))的粉体,然后通过常压固相烧结制备BCTZ_(x)陶瓷。利用扫描电子显微镜,X衍射分析仪,压电与介电测试仪测量粉体及陶瓷的形貌、相结构及电学性能。结果表明,在研究涉及的不同锆掺量内,体系均为单一的立方相结构,掺杂没有引起结构相的改变;BCTZ_(0.05)陶瓷样品的致密度最大,压电常数最大为194 pC/N;BCTZ_(0.15)陶瓷样品的相对介电常数最大为7367,介电损耗最小为0.012。
BCZT_(x) powders with different zirconium contents were prepared through solid phase reaction.BCZT_(x) ceramics were obtained by solid state reaction.Scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction and quasi static d_(33) meter were used to characterize the morphology,phase structure,and electrical properties of ceramics,respectively.According to the results of XRD analyses,the phase structure of various ceramics was cubic,suggesting doping zirconium could not change the phase structure.The ceramics with x=0.05 showed an excellent high piezoelectric coefficient of 194 pC/N at room temperature.And when x=0.15,the ceramic had the maximum dielectric constant of 7367 and the minimum dielectric loss of 0.012.
